Raised Panel Wainscoting
Raised Panel Wainscoting can be found in many of the finest homes in the world, now your home can move closer to the top of the list. This most formal of Wainscoting can be installed in the Living and Dining Rooms or the entire first floor, even stairs are not a problem. In just one day your Living Room , Front Foyer or Dining room can go from bland to bold.
Our Raised Panel system is made using MDF. The Raised Panels are custom cut to size on site after our expert installers layout the individual walls first while trying to achieve symmetry throughout the installation without landing on electric or vacuum outlets. The symmetry is important because if the panels are all different sizes, the installation starts to look very sloppy and not very appealing to the eye. There are certain situations where the panels will be smaller than the rest of the panels, this happens when a wall is too small or a different shape. Our Raised Panel Wainscoting system is primed white and is ready to paint after installation, one good coat of a quality paint is all it needs.
Standard finished height for Raised Panel Wainscoting is anywhere between 36″ – 42″ depending on the height of your ceilings. The Raised Panel Wainscoting is versatile and can be installed at any finished height of your choosing. Accent walls are also available using this system. An Accent Wall is where the wainscoting continues in different levels up to the ceiling, generally 3 or 4 rows of squares are mounted on top of each other to form this feature or “Accent Wall”.
If you would like us to install Raised Panel Wainscoting on your stairs, we can easily install on any set of stairs. The Raised Panel Wainscoting can be installed on a set of straight stairs but unfortunately not on a curved stairway or a curved wall.
